Instant Suanf Sharbat Premix Ingredients:

  • Saunf - 1+1/4 Cup
  • Sugar - 4 Cup (Use mishri, Rock sugar if available)
  • Cardamom pods - 1 Tbsp 
  • Poppy Seeds - 1Tbsp
  • Black Pepper - 2 tsp

How to make Instant Saunf sharbat premix:

  • In a blender add all the ingredients and blend together to form a smooth Powder
  • Strain it through the fine strainer. 
  • Add 1 tbsp of saunf sharbat premix to 1 glass chilled water and mix well.
  • Your Instant Saunf Sharbat is Ready.
  • Enjoy with some ice cubes.
